Naming it doesn't make the circus disappear, but it does give me a bit more control over the show. 

Look back on how fiercely you have fought and acknowledge how much strength you possess. 

There will be bad days, but the good will far outweigh them. 

Together as an assistance dog team we have broken the cycle. 

Life's storms are inevitable, but how we choose to navigate them is where our power lies. 

Each day is a step forward in my journey towards better mental health. 

This is your reminder that it is okay to take a step back and recharge. 

Keep using that voice of yours to get the help you need!

In essence, this journey is about recognising the webs of trauma and choosing to weave something new.

Imagine that every time you don't give in to the ED's thoughts, you're punching the ED in the face.

The first, and most important step, is asking for help. 

Write or create off of the prompt 'I am' and see what comes up for you. 

Be patient with yourself, treat yourself like you would a friend.

To anyone out there who has been dealing with something for a long time, please do not give up. 

You're an amazing person who deserves every good thing that is coming your way. 

It's okay to take the mask off and to ask for help.

Every decision we make, good or bad, molds us into the person we were, are, and will be. 

It is crucial to allow ourselves to slow down and process these feelings. 

I don't have to earn happiness; I have the right to experience happiness and enjoyment in life right now.

I've come to realise that what is more important right now is the fact I faced my fear and advocated for myself. 

Wherever you are in your journey, know that it does get better. 

Nobody can stop you as long as you get back up. 

No matter what you are going through, your feelings are valid and you matter in this world. 

There is always potential for renewal and growth. 

Whatever you are going through, please remember things won't always be this way. You WILL get through this. 

It's okay to be different, it's okay to be imperfect, it's okay to commit mistakes, it's okay to feel what you feel. 

For the lie that I cannot achieve a goal, I speak the truth; I cannot achieve hat goal - yet. 

I want you to know that right now doesn't define the course of your life. 

Turns out, if you sprinkle a little optimism on your mental stew, it can actually tweak your brain chemistry. 

Sometimes taking that baby step into a new adventure can be a big positive. 

Most people get intrusive thoughts. It's part of being human!

Whatever you are feeling is perfectly valid, and being honest brings healing. 

By experiencing the short-term pain of the spiciness and tears, we create space for growth, healing and transformation.

It is possible to lead a happy, creative, and meaningful life even though we have experienced grief. 

Autism isn't a bad thing; it could even be seen as a superpower!

A late diagnosis doesn't mean your life is over, it's just a long pause until you learn ways to overcome challenges. 

You are allowed to put yourself first. 

Surviving means so much more than just living a bit longer. 

So much can happen in a day and make it go by quickly.

The thing is, we are not what's happened to us. 

It's important to not beat ourselves up for struggling and show ourselves extra love. 

Our resilience finds strength in company by building strength in our connections.

Whatever it is that you need, you shouldn't feel ashamed or like you can't use what is available.
