We kindly request that you carefully inspect your order upon delivery, promptly contacting us if you discover any defects, damages, or if you have received the wrong item. Your feedback is highly valued, and we will promptly assess the situation to rectify any issues.
While our team at Voices of Hope takes great pride in delivering products of the utmost quality that meet your expectations, we understand that there may be rare instances when you receive damaged goods. Rest assured, we are fully committed to resolving such matters promptly and providing a satisfactory solution.
Please note that our return policy exclusively covers items damaged during shipping. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than damage. We sincerely appreciate your understanding in this regard.
If you experience any difficulties with your order, including damaged items, we are here to assist you. To report a damaged or faulty item, please email us at shop@thevoicesofhope.org. Rest assured, we will diligently work to find a resolution that caters to your needs.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will promptly notify you of the refund approval status. If your return is approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
